CANEX Staff Shine Bright: Over $44,000 Raised for Canadian Armed Forces Community!

Our latest campaign brings joy and support to military members and their families in need.

Year over year we are thrilled to work with our friends at CANEX on the CANEX Gives Back campaign in support of Support Our Troops Holiday Hamper Program and the Soldier On Equipment Grants Program. 

During the two month long campaign, our members contributed an astonishing $29,774.58 by donating in-store, online or by shopping Support Our Troops and Soldier On merchandise. As promised, CANEX matched this donation up to $15,000, making the grand total $44,774.58! 

CANEX staff are an integral component in making this campaign the success that it is year over year. Christine Busch, Petawawa Base Store Manager, spoke highly of staff saying, “We are deeply grateful for the dedication of our CANEX staff and to our community for supporting our troops. Our staff’s commitment has made this campaign a successful endeavour.” 

To all of our amazing CANEX staff, we thank you for your continued support of the Canadian Armed Forces community through our winter CANEX Gives Back fundraising campaign! With your help we provided 138 Holiday Hampers and 30 equipment grants.
